Orders, Shipping & Returns Policy

All your orders are shipped directly from our small office in Germany. We take great care in processing and shipping each order to ensure it arrives in the best condition. Below are the details about our order handling, shipping timelines, and returns.

Order Processing
If you place an order on weekdays, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and process it.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@theora.eu, and we will do our best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order is placed on our website, we typically cannot make changes or cancel it. However, if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet and need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theora.eu. We’ll do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to almost every country worldwide, with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to China, India, or Russia at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
📦 Germany: €4.99 flat rate (Free on orders over €50) — 2–4 business days
🌍 Within EU: €8.90 flat rate — 3 -5  business days
✈️ International: (Including Switzerland, UK & Northern Ireland) €15.99 flat rate (Free on orders over 100€)— 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery Delays
While we strive for quick deliveries, delays can occasionally occur on the part of our delivery partners. Theora is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. ❤️

We use recyclable, eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste and ensure your purchase arrives safely. 💚

Duties & Taxes

As a small business, Theora is unable to cover customs charges or taxes for international orders.

For other international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be covered or refunded by Theora Jewels.

Since import duties and taxes vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
